Our main ingredient, the Alleppey Finger Turmeric, comes from Kerala, cultivated in the Alleppey region at an altitude of 300 m. This provides the ideal climatic and soil conditions for growing high-quality Turmeric—much like the Champagne region of France is renowned for the unique quality of the grapes that bear its name.

What’s so special about Earth Signature Turmeric?

Most Turmeric is cultivated in the Madras region, which is excellent for giving colour to food. However, the Madras variety typically has a very low content of Curcumin—the most active component in Turmeric known for its beneficial properties. This is why it is essential to check the Curcumin content in the Turmeric you are buying. Earth Signature Turmeric contains approximately 5%–6% Curcumin, which is among the highest grades available on the market.
