Mix your Turmeric Blend with a liquid of your choice. You can add it to fruit juice, Oat milk, Kefir, Coconut Water, milk, yoghurt, smoothies, or whatever beverage you prefer.

GENTLE START : (For people with digestive issues, e.g., Stomach or bowel sensitivities, e.g., reflux or IBS, Cohn’s, Colitis, etc.).

Take 1⁄4 to 1⁄2 a teaspoon in the morning with breakfast or preferably in yoghurt. (Always take with food). Do this for the first 2-3 days. Increase to taking a set 1⁄2 teaspoon morning and night for approximately one week. Then increase to 1 softly rounded teaspoon morning and night until you experience results where you feel great. Then decrease to just one teaspoon per day, which is what we call the maintenance dose (maintaining good health). If you have an adverse stomach or bowel reaction, then reduce the amount and start slowly again).

ONE SERVING : To maintain good health and to help with the prevention of illness and disease. One softly rounded teaspoon per day mixed with your favourite liquid. (Choose from the above examples at the top of the page).

TWO SERVINGS: Take one softly rounded teaspoon both morning and night until you experience a sweet taste. This can take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks. Any day you feel the need for an extra boost with Turmeric, just take an extra shot.

THREE – FOUR SERVINGS: Increase or decrease between One to Four softly rounded teaspoons per day as your body tells you, but do not exceed a daily dosage of four servings.
